Many thanks to my selling and buying clients in 2013 for a prosperous and fun filled year! I appreciate all the opportunities and friendships I was given along the way! Majority of real estate transactions were FHA and conventional loans for my 2013 business, with a few USDA or VA loans and a few cash transactions. Which varied from my 2012, where USDA loans were the majority. Most tranasactions in 2013 with loans involved included sellers concessions similar to 2012, and the average time to close on an FHA or USDA guaranteed loan was 11 weeks. conventional loans varied from 6 to 9 weeks to close depending on the bank and the structure.
